THE ARTISTRY OF CHRISTIAN THOMAS LEE
has been enjoyed throughout the world for over twenty-five years. Retiring from the concert circuit in the mid 1990's, with a final concert in Australia's prestigious Llewellyn Hall, he has since been recognized for his philanthropic work in partnership with the nonprofit community through the private estate and home concert in the tradition of Franz Schubert's Old Europe. He has been the guest of some of the most distinguished private gatherings in the world to include presidents, royalty, and captains of industry. From New York to Sydney and after some 1,500 performances and five recordings, he has been given a unique position in the world of the fine arts. (continues below)

| His philanthropic efforts on behalf of nonprofit organizations, through the private estate and home concert, and his advocacy for children's issues have been widely recognized from the White House to former presidents. In 2006, he was awarded the Point of Light Award from the Points of Light Foundation in Washington, D.C. in recognition of his national work on behalf of children. |

His personal collection of original works of art acquired from Sotheby's London and New York and other international auction houses include works by Picasso, Fabergé, Pasqualini, Solis, Pirsch, and important American and European historic documents, including The Conclusion of a Commercial Treaty Between the British and Prussian Empires signed in 1824 by King George IV and acquired from Sotheby's.

| Every year his personal collection of fine art, through The Mercy Foundation, travels through poor inner city and rural schools where it is studied and enjoyed by children. To date, over 50,000 children have experienced Christian's nationally recognized and award-winning application of Art and History In Schools. This unique application of taking original museum quality works of art into classrooms for the inspiration of children, is believed to be the only program of its kind in the United States that utilizes original museum quality works of art in America's classrooms. |

He also lectures extensively on matters relating to philanthropy and the fine arts and is known as a major donor advocate working with major philanthropists connecting them with worthy nonprofit organizations whose missions involve healthcare, education, and historic preservation.
Christian serves as founder of The Mercy Foundation, a private foundation committed to altering for the better, the lives of those who give and those who receive. The Mercy Foundation serves as a point of confident entry into the complex world of high end philanthropy and serves as a bridge between high capacity givers and worthy nonprofit recipients.
